There are three “I” to Developing Masterful Personal and Professional Leadership. The first is, information; information without application result in zero transformation. In fact this kind of information gathering can be counterproductive. There is a part of the brain that is specifically designed to look for information. However this part of the brain is not discerning and will in fact be looking for information to justify something it already believes…even if what it believes has you stuck at a plateau. Therefore many people find the information and do nothing with it. Therefore the second I to Developing Masterful Leadership is implementation. The third “I” of Developing Masterful Leadership is Integration.
